Shipping policy

All products are carefully packed and shipped from our business. Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. Orders placed between Friday and Monday may not be picked up by the shipping carrier until the end of day on Tuesday

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as orders missing this information may not receive shipping confirmation or tracking details.

We may not be able to change your shipping address after checkout, so double-check your address before completing your purchase. If a change is needed after the shipping label is created, the receiver is responsible for contacting the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.) for options.

International Shipping
International orders can be shipped using UPS or Canada Post. Please be aware that any taxes, duties, and fees not collected at checkout are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Important: Taxes and duties charged by countries outside of Canada are not included in shipping or purchase costs and are beyond our control.
